Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Human Auto Typer, including the Chrome extension, our website, hosted sign-in pages, support tools, and related subscription features (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Pixel Rainbow Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its security or operation, bypass usage limits or access controls, distribute harmful code, impersonate others, or use the Service in a way that infringes another person's rights or violates a website's terms.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Human Auto Typer for its intended personal or internal business purpose. You may not resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.

Google sign-in and account access

Some features, including subscription restoration, subscription management, purchases, and support, require Google sign-in. Google sign-in verifies the email address used to associate an eligible subscription with your extension installation. It does not grant us access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or other Google account content.

Subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Available plans, prices, currencies, billing intervals, and payment methods are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may request cancellation through the Service or by contacting support; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payment processing is provided by EasyPay and its payment-processing partners, including Stripe where applicable. We do not store payment-card details.

Where shown at checkout, purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact us with the email used at checkout and a description of the issue. Our Refund Policy provides further details. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Intellectual property and feedback

The Service, its software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by Pixel Rainbow Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right to use them to operate, improve, and promote the Service without compensation to you.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on Google, Firebase, Cloudflare, EasyPay, Stripe, Chrome Web Store, and other third-party services. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by law.

Service availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or the security of the Service has been violated. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us and allow at least 30 days for informal resolution. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the current version and its update date will be posted on this page.
