Where the 30-day money-back guarantee is shown at checkout, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To request one, contact us with the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the subscription-management option in the Service or by contacting support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain Pro access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless required by law.

If you believe you were charged after cancelling, contact us and we will investigate.

Features or plans marked as free do not involve a monetary transaction and are not subject to refunds.

Exceptions and consumer rights

We may decline a refund request where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy, or other manipulative behaviour. Your statutory consumer rights, including any withdrawal or cancellation periods required by the laws of your country of residence, are unaffected by this policy and take precedence where applicable.
